Eternal Tribute - Refund Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) is issued by Greynium Information Technologies Pvt. Ltd. (“Greynium”, “We”, “Our”, “Us”) and governs all transactions, purchases, and services availed through the platform EternalTribute.com (“Platform” or “Website”).

By accessing or using the Platform, you (“User” or “You”) agree to the terms of this Policy. All payments made to Greynium are final and non-refundable, except as expressly permitted herein.

1. SERVICE OVERVIEW

EternalTribute.com allows Users to create and publish a tribute page immediately and independently.

  • Each tribute remains live for 24 hours as a free trial from the time of creation.

  • To continue displaying your tribute beyond the free trial, you must purchase a paid subscription plan as mentioned on the Platform.

  • The subscription fee ensures continuous hosting and visibility of your tribute on the Platform for the selected paid plan validity.

2. PREPAID SUBSCRIPTION & ACTIVATION

  • All subscription plans are prepaid and are activated immediately upon successful payment.

  • Once activated, the subscription term begins instantly, granting you uninterrupted hosting and access to your tribute.

  • By subscribing, you expressly acknowledge and agree that the service is rendered in full upon activation.

3. CANCELLATION POLICY

You may cancel your active subscription at any time by contacting [email protected].

Upon cancellation:

  • Your tribute will remain live until the end of your paid subscription term.

  • No refund shall be provided for the unused period or any partial term.

  • Once your subscription expires, your tribute will be deactivated automatically if not renewed.

4. REFUND POLICY- STRICTLY NO REFUNDS

All payments made for subscriptions, renewals, and related services are final and non-refundable.

Refunds will not be issued under any of the following circumstances, if the User;

  • cancels the subscription before its expiry.

  • changes his/her mind or no longer wishes to use the Platform.

  • fails to utilize the features of the service after payment.

  • provides incomplete, inaccurate, or delayed content.

  • access is terminated due to violation of the Platform’s Terms of Use or applicable law.

  • This policy ensures fairness, as every User receives a 24-hour free access period before making any paid commitment.

5. LIMITED REFUND ELIGIBILITY AND RELATED REFUND PROCESS

Refunds will be considered only under the following exceptional conditions, and remain at Greynium’s sole discretion:

  • A confirmed duplicate payment made for the same service.

  • A verified technical or operational failure on Greynium’s part that prevented activation or display of your tribute despite successful payment.

5.1. REFUND PROCESS

  • Requests must be raised in writing within 10 (ten) days of the transaction date.

  • Approved refunds, if any, will be processed within 15 (fifteen) business days, net of payment gateway or administrative charges.

  • All approved refunds will be subject to deduction of applicable administrative, processing, and payment gateway charges, which are non-refundable under any circumstances.

  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method used, and actual credit timelines may vary based on the user’s bank/payment provider. Greynium shall not be responsible for delays beyond its control.

6. FORCE MAJEURE

Greynium shall not be liable for any delay, suspension, or non-performance caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural calamities, internet outages, strikes, cyber incidents, or governmental actions.

7. AMENDMENTS TO THIS POLICY

Greynium reserves the right to update or modify this Policy at any time without prior notice. The updated Policy will be posted on the Website and will be effective immediately upon publication.

8. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and all disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
